Summer Playlist 2015 - Part III

Hey, guys! I'm here with the third (and likely final) part of my Summer Playlist 2015. As Summer draws to a close, I find myself listening to a mix of uptempo and mid tempo songs with more reflective lyrics.

1. Set Me Free - Robyn & La Bagatelle Magique

Robyn is back! The dance queen delivers once again with this fresh, repetitious cut.

2. High By the Beach - Lana Del Rey

Lana Del Rey is one of my favorite singers, and it's great to hear some more uptempo music from her.

3. The Other Boys (feat. Kylie Minogue, Jake Shears & Nile Rodgers) - NERVO

I saw NERVO open up for Britney in 2011, and they've only improved since. Their beats + Nile Roger's groove = the perfect platform for Shears and Minogue to work their magic.

4. Right Here Right Now - Jordin Sparks

I was a little bummed that Jordin Sparks didn't go the pop route with her long overdue new album, but the trap-influenced mid tempo grooves have won me over. This is the best cut.

5. So F***kin' Romantic - Matthew Koma

Matthew Koma should be on your radar if you love dance music. The jazz horn on this track is an amazing touch. It absolutely makes the song!

6. New Americana - Halsey

My friend Sean told me to check this out, and I'm glad he did; great song. Big chorus, flawless instrumental.

7. Ugly - Courtney Act

I'm not going to tell you Courtney Act's secret, you can wait 'til the end of the video to find out.

Name a song you've been loving. Leave a comment! I'll check out every song you suggest.
